Petri Makkonen

Petri Makkonen is an experienced professional currently serving as the Voice Customer Acquisition Manager at Fortum since May 2022, focusing on telemarketing and new sales channel management in Finland. Prior to this, Makkonen held the positions of Direct Sales Manager and Partner Manager at Kotimaan Energia Oy from February to April 2022, and served as Partner Manager at Suomen Sisällöntuotanto Oy between January 2018 and March 2022. Makkonen is also the founder of a previous venture and worked as Head Coach at DNA Kauppa Oy from 2005 until February 2018. Makkonen holds a Specialist Qualification in Product Development and Management from Koulutuskeskus Salpaus (2018-2019) and a Specialist Qualification in Management from the same institution (2014-2016), along with education from Sotkamon urheilulukio.
