Raul Prieto

Raul Prieto is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and renewable energy, currently serving as the Technology & Innovation Manager for Wind and Solar at Fortum since August 2023. Prior to this role, Raul held various positions including Senior Scientist in Wind Power at VTT, Blades Knowledge Area Leader at Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult, and Lead Engineer & Partner at WiseAero Engineering Services. With a solid background in aerodynamics and renewable energy, Raul began a career trajectory that included significant roles at companies such as WinWinD Oy, Gamesa Corporación Tecnológica, and Airbus, among others. Raul holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and an MBA from Universidad CEU San Pablo.
