Teppo Paavola

Teppo Paavola is the current Director at Fortum. Prior to this, they held various positions at Adecco Group, 3stepIT, Atom bank, BBVA, and PayPal. Teppo was also the Chairman of the Board at Nokia Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2008.

Paavola has extensive experience in the field of digital banking and mobile financial services. Teppo was part of the executive team that made BBVA the world's leading digital bank. Teppo has also been awarded "Personality of the Year 2016 in Digital Banking" by industry peers.

Teppo Paavola graduated with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from INSEAD in General management. Teppo also holds a M.Sc. in Economics from Aalto University.
