Tiina Järvenpää started their work experience in 2009 as an Accounting Assistant at Santander Consumer Finance Oy. Tiina then worked as an Accountant at Oriola Oy from 2010 to 2011. In 2012, they took on the role of an Intern in International Service Development at Vaisala Oyj and worked as an Analyst at Magenta Advisory. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Physical Education Instructor at Tempputemmellys Oy. Tiina then joined Aalto University School of Business as a Thesis Worker in 2013. Tiina joined Danske Bank in 2013 and held various roles including Graduate, Process and Information Management; Consultant, Group Process Development; Senior Consultant, Group Process Development; Project Manager; Chief Consultant; and Principal Consultant. Tiina worked at Danske Bank until 2018. From 2019 to 2021, Tiina worked as a Customer Experience Development Manager at Finnair. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Centricity Consumer Solutions CES at Fortum, starting from 2022.

Tiina Järvenpää attended Aalto University from 2008 to 2013, where they studied at the Aalto University School of Business. In 2012, they briefly studied at emlyon business school, and in 2011, they had a short-term study experience at Université Laval. Before their university education, Tiina attended Tapiolan lukio from 2003 to 2006. In addition to their academic background, they obtained various certifications, including Certified Agile Leadership I from Scrum Alliance in 2018, Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in 2018, Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience Foundation Level from UXQB – International Usability and User Experience Qualification Board e.V. in 2017, PRINCE2 Foundation - Project Management from PRINCE2.com in 2015, and Lean Master Class from Implement Consulting Group in 2013.
