Ville Viitanen

Ville Viitanen has cultivated extensive experience in data management and analytics over a career spanning more than two decades. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Corporate & Customer Data Platforms at Fortum since July 2020, Ville previously held various managerial roles at Fortum Oyj from June 2007 to July 2020, including Manager of Business Analytics and System Manager, where responsibilities encompassed information systems maintenance, development, and project management. Earlier in the career, Ville worked at Process Vision Oy as Project Manager and Project Engineer from October 1999 to June 2007. Ville holds a Master of Science degree in Energy Economics and Engineering from Helsinki University of Technology, obtained in May 2003.
