He has over 30 years of experience in value-based management as Partner of Stern Stewart & Co., Managing Director and Co-Head of the Strategic Finance Group at Credit Suisse, and Founder and CEO of Fortuna Advisors. He is a recognized industry leader in financial performance measurement and valuation, capital allocation and incentive compensation. He is the author of Curing Corporate Short-Termism: Future Growth vs. Current Earnings, and his work is regularly published in the Journal of Applied Corporate Finance, Forbes, CEOWorld, CFO Magazine, Fortune, and The Wall Street Journal, amongst others. He earned an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
