Marwaan Karame

Marwaan is a Partner with Fortuna Advisors with over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and strategy. He began his career at Stern Stewart & Co. specializing in value-based management before joining the investment banking division of DLJ, and later, Credit Suisse. Marwaan works closely with CEOs and CFOs to increase long-term shareholder value by linking strategy and execution to Total Shareholder Returns. He helps large and mid-sized organizations of various industries drive owner-like behavior during all phases of the business cycle, including significant restructurings and turnarounds. He earned his BSc from St. Lawrence University (major in Math and Economics) and an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University.
