David Farrell

David Farrell is the President of Davisa Consulting, a firm specializing in advising junior and mid-tier companies on M&A and structured finance. With over 25 years of corporate and finance experience, they have successfully negotiated and closed over US$25 billion in transactions. David has held significant board roles, including Chair and Lead Independent Director, across various companies and has been involved in strategic governance committees. They also serve as a mentor to players and recent graduates of the University of British Columbia Men's Volleyball Program and have a robust educational background with degrees from the University of British Columbia and other institutions.
