Fortune Bay Corp. (TSXV: FOR | OTCQB: FTBYF | FWB: 5QN) is a Canadian gold development company advancing the Goldfields Gold Project in Saskatchewan — one of the world’s top-ranked mining jurisdictions.

Goldfields is an advanced gold project supported by a defined mineral resource of:

Indicated: ~1.0 million ounces at ~1.28 g/t Au

Inferred: ~0.2 million ounces at ~0.90 g/t Au

With 97% of the ounces in the Updated PEA mine plan classified as Indicated, Goldfields benefits from a high-confidence resource base, existing infrastructure, and a clear regulatory framework.

An Updated Preliminary Economic Assessment completed in 2025 outlined strong after-tax economics, including:

After-tax NPV (5%): C$610 million and IRR of 44% at US$2,600/oz gold

After-tax NPV (5%): C$1.25 billion at US$3,650/oz gold

The project demonstrates meaningful sensitivity to gold price, reinforcing its leverage in a strengthening macro environment.

Fortune Bay is advancing Goldfields through disciplined, PFS-level studies and parallel permitting and environmental work, building toward a future construction decision. At the same time, active drilling is focused on testing for additional ounces near existing deposits and infrastructure — targeting resource growth that could enhance mine life, strengthen project economics, and increase overall development confidence.

Led by an experienced technical and capital markets team, and supported by a lean capital structure, Fortune Bay offers investors exposure to a Canadian gold development story grounded in jurisdictional strength, technical progression, and disciplined execution.
