Alison Vance

Alison Vance has extensive work experience in the legal field. Alison started their career as a Member at Butler Snow LLP in 2003 and worked there until 2013. Alison then joined Baxter International Inc. as a Sr. Counsel, specializing in litigation and employment, from 2013 to 2015. After that, they worked at Baxalta as a Sr. Counsel, handling litigation and employment, from 2015 to 2016. Currently, Alison is associated with Fortune Brands Home & Security, where they have held the positions of Associate General Counsel and Vice President, focusing on employment and benefits since 2016.

Alison Vance completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with High Honors, from The University of Southern Mississippi in 1999. Alison then pursued their Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Mississippi, graduating in 2003.
