Amy Drozd

Amy Drozd currently serves as a Senior Learning & Development Specialist at Fortune Brands Innovations since July 2025. Prior to this role, Amy held various positions in learning and development, including Learning and Development Manager at MoneyGram and Leadership Development Program Manager at Schoox, Inc. From 2019 to 2021, Amy contributed to talent development at Greystar. A significant portion of Amy's career was spent at Benedictine University, where roles included Associate Dean and Assistant Dean, overseeing faculty recruitment and development, curriculum design, and instructional quality for a diverse academic environment.
