Bill Shepler

Bill Shepler has a strong background in engineering, with experience at Fortune Brands Innovations as the Vice President of Engineering starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at Fortune Brands Global Plumbing Group from November 2019 to January 2023. Before their time at Global Plumbing Group, they served as the Director of Engineering from December 2017 to November 2019. Bill began their engineering career at Moen Incorporated in 2012, where they worked as a Senior Engineering Manager from December 2012 to December 2017.

Bill Shepler holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, which they obtained from 1997 to 2000. Bill also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California, which they completed from 1987 to 1991. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Unconscious Bias, Developing Executive Presence, and Project Management Professional (PMP®) from LinkedIn and the Project Management Institute, with completion dates ranging from 2017 to 2022.
