Kristi Lee

Kristi Lee has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kristi is currently working at Fortune Brands Innovations as the VP of Human Resources and has been in this position since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Sr. Director of Human Resources at the same company, starting in October 2021. Kristi also worked as the Director of Human Resources at Larson Manufacturing until April 2022. Prior to joining Fortune Brands Innovations and Larson Manufacturing, Kristi worked in various HR and development roles at Graco, SD Synod of the ELCA, US BioEnergy, Ascension Lutheran Church, and Fishback Financial Corporation.

Kristi Lee earned their Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from South Dakota State University from 1994 to 1998. Kristi then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Sioux Falls. In addition, they hold a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute.
