Previously, Jonathan has held positions such as Chef De Cuisine at The Palms Hotel & Spa and Executive Chef/Manager at La Fleur Restaurant. With a background in restaurant management and culinary arts, Jonathan has successfully led the opening of multiple restaurant concepts.
