In 2006, Ms. Casadella’s sales success promoted her within Prodigy International, a luxury real estate company with more than $8 Billion in inventory. In 2012, she joined Fortune as a sales executive for One Ocean where she sold the project’s inventory of $180M in 10 months. Thereafter, 80% of Marea’s residential inventory of $120M was sold in 2 months. In 2013, Carmen join the Paraiso District in Edgewater and was named top producer for seven consecutive years with over 300 residences sold totaling over $350M in sales.
