Nilamadhab Khanda has worked in the IT industry for over 10 years. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Full Stack Developer at iRank Media Solutions, where they assisted in planning, coding and testing of advanced Web Applications, implemented procedures for creation and integration of applications on Core PHP and PHP Framework, and provided technical support for development and maintenance of web applications utilizing PHP Framework. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a ServiceNow Developer at Cignitech, where they were involved with Business Owners, Product Owners, and Business Analysts in understanding and gathering requirements, designed and architected Service Now Scoped applications, and designed, architected, and developed Service Now Integrations with External systems. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a ServiceNow Lead at Atos, where they analyzed, designed, and implemented Service Now CMP (Cloud Management Portal) for Azure, AWS, GSuite and VSphere, scheduled, analyzed, enhanced and performance tuned CMDB, Discovery Configurations, and configured and installed Mid Servers. Finally, from 2017 to present, they are a ServiceNow | Lead | Architect | Solution at FortuneMinds, where they have extensive experience in configuring, customizing and implementing in CMP, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITFM modules in Service Now, proven experience in customizing, Configuring and Implementing SLM (Service Level Management) based applications in ServiceNow, and strong experience in configuring and customizing ITBM Modules PPM, APM, Financial Management, Time Card Management and Cost Management Modules.

Nilamadhab Khanda obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha in 2010. In 2013, they received a certification in PHP and PHP Framework from Lamp Institute - India. In 2010, they also received a certification in Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 from Naresh i Technologies.
