Duaa Ali

Duaa Ali is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Head of Talent Acquisition & HRBP at Fortvita Biologics since October 2025, Duaa previously led talent acquisition at Adicet Bio, Inc. from March 2022 to October 2025, successfully doubling the company's headcount during a significant growth phase in innovative gene and cell therapies. Duaa's earlier tenure at E.I.T.G, from January 2015 to February 2022, included roles from Manager to Director of Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end talent acquisition strategies for various clients, mentoring teams, and optimizing recruitment processes. Duaa holds a Master of Arts from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.
