Nadia Somani

Nadia Somani currently serves as Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Vice President, Legal and Compliance at Forum Asset Management since August 2023. Previously, Nadia held the position of Global Senior Legal and Compliance Officer at the Aga Khan Foundation from February 2022 to August 2023. Nadia's extensive experience in legal affairs includes roles as Director of Legal Affairs and Senior Legal Advisor at the Aga Khan Museum, Global Centre for Pluralism, and Aga Khan Foundation Canada between October 2015 and April 2022. Prior to that, Nadia was a Partner and Associate at McLean & Kerr LLP from August 2008 to October 2015, focusing on corporate, commercial, securities, mining, M&A, non-profits, and corporate governance. Nadia earned a law degree from Northeastern University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto, with additional studies at the Rotman School of Management.
