Thejus Joseph has a diverse work experience in the field of technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Thejus started their career by founding Techjeeva Technologies Pvt Ltd, specializing in IoT, drone design, and embedded systems. Thejus then moved on to roles at Vimal Jyothi Engineering College and T-Hub Hyderabad, where they managed startup initiatives and incubation programs. Thejus also worked as a Marketing Strategist at FabCI-Fabless Chip Design Incubator before taking on leadership roles at FiiRE Goa, where they currently serve as the Interim CEO, COO, and Accelerator Lead. Additionally, they are involved in various committees at the Goa Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Thejus'swork showcases a strong dedication to promoting innovation and entrepreneurship in various settings.

Thejus Joseph completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Vimal Jyothi Engineering College, Chemperi, Kannur from 2008 to 2012. Thejus then pursued further education in entrepreneurship and business development, completing programs at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode, and KITCO Ltd. These programs focused on Water Accelerator, Management Development, and Business Leadership, respectively.
