Susan Lustig has extensive experience in market research and insights recruitment, currently serving as Vice President and Director at The FORUM Group since September 1993, focusing on mid-senior executive recruitment across various sectors. Previously, Susan held roles as Associate Planning Director at Publicis, where work included planning for household products and OTC brands, and as a Strategic Planner at both JWT and Warwick Baker Fiore, contributing to major OTC, health and beauty aids, and consumer packaged goods brands. Early career experience includes serving as Project Director at Shifrin Research, specializing in custom market research for Blue Chip clients. Susan holds a B.S. cum laude in Marketing and Social Psychology from Lehigh University College of Business, earned in 1986.
