Anna Nowacka

Anna Nowacka has extensive experience in the media industry, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Anna currently serves as the Co-Head of M&A at FORUM MEDIA GROUP GMBH, where they are responsible for sourcing and finalizing domestic and international deals. Anna also conducts commercial due diligence for each target and oversees the coordination of financial, legal, and tax due diligence. Additionally, they are skilled in negotiation and has built a strong network of international consultants. Prior to their current role, Anna held positions at Forum Media Polska Sp. z o.o., including Director of Educational Projects and Head of Promotion & Product Management.

Anna Nowacka has a Master's degree in International Business from SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Anna also holds a Certificate of Proficiency in English from the University of Cambridge. In addition, they have studied English Language and Literature/ Letters at the University of Warsaw.
