Keith Slocum

Keith Slocum is a highly experienced professional in real estate development and utility consulting, currently serving as the Director of Real Estate Development at Alternative Fuel Real Estate Corp since March 2022. In addition, Keith holds the position of President at Utility Consulting Partners & Gas Station Real Estate Corp, providing consultancy for various projects in the petroleum construction industry since June 2013. As the owner of Village Service Station & Auto Repair since October 2017, Keith has built a reputation in the service station sector. Previously, as Chief Real Estate & Construction Officer at Hydrogen-XT, Inc., from March 2021 to March 2022, Keith focused on developing hydrogen fuel infrastructure aligned with California's environmental goals. With a strong background as President of B&T Service Station Contractors and experience in school construction as a Field Coordinator at Vanir Construction Management, Keith has extensive expertise in design, permitting, and project management within the fuel system industry. Educationally, Keith attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo during 1992-1994.
