Marcin Sek, MBA, serves as the Deputy Director for Development at ORLEN S.A., where responsibilities include managing R&D and innovative projects related to hydrogen, biogas, and biomethane, as well as supervising the Gas Technologies Development Department. Marcin holds the position of President of the Board at the Business Council, focusing on business development and strategic management. Additional roles include Research Fellow at the Casimir Pulaski Foundation and Program Board member at Forum Młodych Dyplomatów. Previous experiences encompass serving as Deputy Director of Development at PGNiG SA, where Marcin managed similar R&D projects and teams, and as Economic Counsellor at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Tallinn, enhancing Polish business relations in Estonia. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and additional degrees in public relations and modern diplomacy from the University of Warsaw and other institutions.

Forum of Young Diplomats
Forum of Young Diplomats is a nationwide non-governmental organization that brings together students and graduates of a number of Polish and foreign universities, who have defined career ambitions of working in an international environment. The vast majority of nearly 200 members are people with experience in national and international non-governmental organizations as well as, employees of the Polish public administration and the European Union institutions. The PFYD was established in 2002 and since then has been achieving its goals and objectives through 8 regional representations based in Katowice, Cracow, Poznan, Torun, Pomerania, Warsaw and Wroclaw.
