Caip Sarah Lam

Sarah Lam, CAIP has a diverse work experience in various roles. Sarah started their career at Brock University as a Research Assistant and Undergraduate Teaching Assistant from September 2016 to September 2018.

In 2017, they joined Laura Canada as a Service Coordinator and worked until May 2019.

From November 2018 to October 2019, they also worked as a Brand Ambassador at Banana Republic.

Since May 2019, Sarah has been a part of Forum Research, where they have held several roles. Sarah started as a Jr. Research Analyst from May 2019 to July 2019, then moved onto the position of Research Associate from July 2019 to February 2021. Sarah was promoted to Senior Research Associate from February 2021 to January 2022. Additionally, they served as a Product Manager, Research & Analytics from January 2022 to April 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Research Director at Forum Research, starting from April 2022.

Sarah Lam, CAIP, completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology (Honours) from Brock University between 2014 and 2018. Following that, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Research Analyst from Humber College from 2018 to 2019. In May 2022, they obtained the Certified Analytics and Insights Professional (CAIP) certification from the Certified Analytics and Insights Professionals of Canada.
