Debbie Hutchison

Debbie Hutchison currently serves as the Americas Human Resource Director for FORVIA Clarion Electronics Division, leading the HR team across facilities in the US and Mexico since October 2023. Previously, Debbie was the Multi-site Director of Human Resources at Faurecia, overseeing multiple locations in the U.S. and Canada from September 2022 to September 2023. Prior roles include Multi-site Director of Human Resources at The Shyft Group and Loc Performance Products, Inc., where Debbie developed and ensured compliance within HR departments. As Vice President of Human Resources at Webasto Thermo & Comfort North America, Debbie implemented strategic HR initiatives to enhance performance and employee engagement. Debbie began the HR career as Director of Human Resources at Meridian Lightweight Technologies. Educational accomplishments include a dual Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from American InterContinental University, along with various safety and HR certifications.
