Elizabeth Adame

Elizabeth Adame currently serves as the North America FCM Talent Development Director and Ops HR Director and the Deputy Human Resources VP FAS North America at FORVIA since October 2023. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held the position of Human Resources Director NAI FCM at Faurecia from January 2020 to October 2023, overseeing a regional business unit with five sites in Mexico and two JITs in the USA. Elizabeth's extensive experience includes serving as HR Country Director at KOSTAL Group, where responsibilities encompassed operations in Mexico for a workforce of 2,700 employees across three plants, as well as Human Resources Director roles at GKN Driveline México and Gerresheimer. Additional past positions include Human Resources Manager at Autoliv and KOSTAL-Group, and Human Resources Leader at Grupo Fomento Queretano (Coca-Cola). Elizabeth holds a Master's degree in Organizational and Human Development from Universidad del Valle de Atemajac and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Instituto Tecnológico de Celaya.
