Fabien Genevieve

Fabien GENEVIEVE is a finance professional with extensive experience in strategic financial management and operational efficiency. Currently serving as Deputy CFO at FORVIA since January 2020, Fabien has been instrumental in reorganizing the finance department and leading initiatives in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), cash generation, and team development. Previously, Fabien spent 16 years at Faurecia, holding various leadership roles including Operation Controller and Finance transformation, where successful projects led to significant profitability improvements, cash generation enhancement, and successful integration of acquired plants. Fabien began the finance career as a Junior Financial Controller at Métro Cash And Carry France and holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from Novancia Business School in Paris.
