Gabriela Estrada

Gabriela Estrada serves as the Talent Development and Organization Director for North America at FORVIA since November 2023, bringing extensive experience in human resources and talent development from previous roles. Prior to this position, Gabriela held the title of Management Development Manager at Faurecia from May 2021 to December 2023. Gabriela's expertise includes strategic HR leadership at Audi México, where responsibilities encompassed workforce planning, organizational restructuring, and identifying best practices. Notable positions also include Head of Personnel Development and Selection and Senior Human Resources Specialist at Audi México, along with coordination roles in Personnel Development Strategy at AUDI AG for Asia-Pacific regions. Gabriela began a career in human resources in 2011, with earlier roles at UTP – Project Audi Training Center and VRK Automotive Systems, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad de las Américas Puebla, along with diplomas in Executive Coaching and Organizational Development from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
