Marcel Tica

Marcel Tica is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and IT portfolio oversight. Currently serving as a Global IT Project Portfolio Manager at FORVIA since April 2020, Marcel is responsible for the planning and management of the IT project portfolio, preparing critical decision materials for top management, and leading key IT initiatives. Previously, Marcel held roles at Webasto as a Project Manager, overseeing project quality, costs, and timelines, and contributed as a Costing Engineer at Yazaki Component Technology. Additionally, Marcel's early career includes financial roles at Leoni and Alcatel-Lucent, where expertise in financial reporting and accounts payable was developed. Marcel holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Management from Universitatea „Aurel Vlaicu” din Arad.
