Marie Bourgeois

Marie Bourgeois is an experienced professional in lean manufacturing and industrial performance, currently serving as the FES&P East Europe manager at FORVIA since August 2021, overseeing the deployment of production systems across seven plants in four countries. Prior roles include Industrial Performance Manager at Groupe Renault and Automotive Parts Flows Performance Global Assistant Manager at Nissan Motor Corporation, where Marie developed tools for assessing automotive parts flow performance and implemented lean tools across global plants. With a foundational career at Groupe Renault from 2006 to 2018, Marie held various positions, including Assembly Shop Project Manager for the Nissan Micra launch, focusing on team management, QCD HR results, and quality assurance systems. Marie Bourgeois holds a degree from INSA Lyon, obtained from 1998 to 2004.
