With nearly 20 years of experience in Federal and State and Local Tax (SALT), Mark has a proven record in tax compliance, strategic planning, and consulting, facilitating significant tax savings and optimized tax positions for clients. Previously, Mark held leadership roles at Alvarez & Marsal Taxand, Hext Financial Group, and CLA, where they contributed to various tax compliance projects and M&A transactions. Mark earned both a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in professional accounting from the University of Miami and is a certified public accountant licensed in Texas.
