Carolyn Rancourt is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems engineering and administration. Currently serving as Solutions Engineer II at Forward Advantage since May 2013, Carolyn specializes in the installation, implementation, support, and maintenance of Identity Management Systems for hospitals and government environments, with expertise in integrating various technologies including VMWare View and Imprivata's secure text messaging solution, Cortext. Prior roles include Senior Systems Administrator at Blue Cod Technologies, where Carolyn managed systems for the property and casualty insurance sector, and Technical Lead at CSRA Inc, providing technology consulting services to federal government organizations. Carolyn also has experience as an Information Center Technical Analyst at Chadwicks of Boston, where strategic IT planning and equipment management were key responsibilities. Carolyn holds a degree from Salem State College.
