Craig Travis has over two decades of experience in technical support and information technology, currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer at Forward Advantage since August 2019. Previously, Craig worked as a Technical Advisor at Melinda Travis Reporting Services since May 1999 and held the position of IT Ops Support Supervisor at Moss Adams for a brief period in early 2019. From November 1994 to December 2018, Craig directed the Information Technology department at Baker Peterson & Franklin, CPA, LLP, managing over 50 users and 12 servers in a fast-paced environment. Craig's educational background includes studies at Geekwise Academy/Bitwise (2015-2016) and multiple terms at Fresno City College, where an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies was obtained.
