Evalina Lawson is a Senior People & Culture Generalist at Forward Financing, where they build out the company's first Talent Acquisition Operations team and optimize hiring processes. Previously, Evalina served as a Human Resources Specialist, managing various HR initiatives and enhancing employee engagement programs. They began their career as a Human Resources Intern at Rockland Trust, where they implemented an employee recognition program and supported recruitment efforts. Evalina holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Bryant University.
