Jessica Durastanti

Jessica Durastanti, CHRL, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various human resources roles, currently serving as a Senior People and Culture Generalist at Hammond Power Solutions since August 2025. Previously, Jessica held positions such as Human Resources Consultant at LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services and Human Resources Business Partner at Parrish & Heimbecker, where responsibilities included providing guidance on HR policies, managing claims programs, leading investigations into complaints, and participating in union discussions.
