Waqas Saeed

Waqas Saeed possesses extensive experience in manufacturing excellence, holding senior positions at Forward Sports PLC since May 2015, including Senior Manager Manufacturing Excellence and Deputy Manager Manufacturing Excellence. Waqas has led initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity while minimizing waste through the application of various methodologies such as QC 7 tools and lean/six sigma techniques. Notably, Waqas served as Senior Manager Manufacturing Excellence at Forward Sports Egypt from August 2021 to May 2023, successfully completing the layout planning and installation of a production unit for soccer balls. Prior experience includes roles at Pak Arab Fertilizers, Masood Textile Mills, and DG Khan Cement, focusing on maintenance engineering and industrial engineering tasks. Waqas earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Taxila, from 2010 to 2014.
