Susan Levine is the Chief Clinical Officer and Senior Vice President of Clinical Measurement & Outcomes Improvement at Forward Health Group, Inc. Susan has a strong background in healthcare consulting and research, having previously worked at Deloitte Consulting LLP and Winifred S. Hayes Inc. Susan also has experience in academia, having served as an Assistant Professor at Mayo Graduate School of Medicine and Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Susan holds a Postdoctoral degree in Gastroenterology from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, a PhD in Pharmacology from Cornell University, a MS in Veterinary Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a DVM in Veterinary Medicine from Cornell University.
