Sarah Miller is an experienced professional with a robust background in leadership, organizational development, and cultural transformation. Currently serving as the Associate Director at Forward Institute, Sarah facilitates the Responsible Leadership fellowship program. Prior experience includes a tenure as Chief Executive and Principal Consultant at Principia Advisory, where Sarah advised C-suite leaders on people and culture priorities across various sectors. During nearly a decade at CARE International, Sarah held several key roles, including Global Director of Strategy, where responsibilities encompassed leading organizational development, strategic design, and change management initiatives globally. Sarah's earlier roles included program management related to crisis response and transitional housing, complemented by a strong educational background in International Affairs and English Literature from The University of Edinburgh and Wake Forest University, respectively.
