Varsha Patil, PHR, CSSR has over 20 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Varsha began their career in 2001 as a Senior HR Executive at Aftek Infosys Ltd. Varsha then worked as an HR Consultant at Tensilica from 2006 to 2015. From 2015 to 2018, Varsha worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition for early stage startups at Talentum, Inc. Varsha then moved on to become a Recruiting Operations / Senior Recruiting Coordinator at Moveworks from 2018 to 2023. Currently, Varsha is employed as a Recruiting Operations Manager at Forward Networks, Inc.
