Ashley Wesolowski

Ashley Wesolowski has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ashley began their career as a Lifeguard, Swim Lesson Instructor, and Receptionist at Marathon Area Swim Association from 2008 to 2015. In 2013, they worked as a Wellness Consultant and Fitness Staff at Eau Claire YMCA until 2015. Ashley then joined Interra Health, Inc. as a Health Screening Specialist from 2015 to 2016, where they conducted biometric screenings and provided immediate report consultations to clients.

From 2016 to 2017, Ashley worked as an Administrative Assistant at Wright Vision Care, L.L.C. Following that, they served as a Health Unit Coordinator and HR Administrative Assistant at UW Health from 2017 to 2017, where they handled various HR tasks such as employee paperwork, benefit data processing, recruitment, and employee record maintenance. Additionally, they fulfilled receptionist duties and managed medical records in their role as a Health Unit Coordinator at UW Health.

Ashley then joined Oakwood Village as a Human Resource Generalist from 2017 to 2021. Ashley'sresponsibilities included developing and maintaining affirmative action programs, responding to EEOC/NLRB charges, and overseeing the recruitment function.

In 2021, Ashley joined Amcor as a Recruitment Specialist until 2022. Finally, they worked as a Corporate Recruiter at ABR Employment Services and Forward Service Corporation starting in 2022. Throughout their career, Ashley has gained experience in HR, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.

Ashley Wesolowski completed their high school education at Marathon High School from 2006 to 2010, earning a High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. Ashley then pursued their higher education at the University of Wisconsin Marathon County from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Kinesiology. Continuing their studies, Ashley attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 2012 to 2015, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology. Alongside their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications including Fundamental Instructor Training, Group Exercise Instructor, Healthy Lifestyle Principles from YMCA, as well as certifications in Lifeguard, CPR/AED, First Aid, and Water Safety Instruction from the American Red Cross.
