Lindsey Foss

Lindsey Foss, LCMFT, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in counseling and educational services. Currently serving as the Company Owner at Forward Together Counseling since June 2021, Lindsey previously held the position of Director of Linkages to Learning at the YMCA of Metropolitan Washington, where management of a $1.3 million budget and departmental supervision were key responsibilities. Lindsey's background includes roles such as Bilingual Child and Family Therapist and Crisis Specialist at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington, as well as Graduate Assistant positions at the University of Maryland, contributing to student programs and academic support. Additional experiences include educational coordination at YWCA National Capital Area and counseling at Sasha Bruce Youthwork. Lindsey holds a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Richmond, complemented by international educational experiences in Germany.
