Silvan Hinterberger

Silvan Hinterberger is an experienced consultant and project manager currently supporting clients with digitization challenges at foryouandyourcustomers since March 2022. As the CEO and founder of SwissAcademy GmbH, Silvan developed a social learning management system that provided a free online teaching platform to 300 teachers across 35 Swiss schools during the COVID-19 pandemic. Previous roles include Manager of Data Analytics at SVA Aargau, responsible for various proof of concepts in data analysis, and Head Teaching Assistant at the University of Zurich, where Silvan managed a team for mathematics courses. Silvan also contributed to research as an Analytical Consultant and served in engineering roles at Hitachi Zosen Inova. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Management, Economics, and Data Science from the University of Zurich, an MBA in Business Analytics from Hult International Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Physics from the University of Zurich, complemented by studies at ETH Zürich and Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
