Tony Delich

Tony Delich is a seasoned executive with a robust background in healthcare management and finance. Currently serving as President and CFO of ForzaCare since December 2022, Tony is instrumental in fostering a purpose-driven culture that offers premium solutions within the industry. Prior to this role, Tony was the Chief Operating Officer at Paradigm, focusing on complex care solutions from December 2018 to September 2021, and the Chief Financial Officer at ALARIS Group Inc. from 2008 to 2018, where operations centered on workers’ compensation case management. Earlier in the career, Tony held the position of Senior Planning Analyst at Target from 2005 to 2008. Educational achievements include a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota.
