Andreas Wegner Fjær

Andreas Wegner Fjær began their work experience in 2005 with the Norwegian Armed Forces, serving as a Korpral/lagfører in the HMKG and later as a Yrkessoldat in the Telemark Bataljon. In 2007, they joined Color Line, starting as a Motormann u/fagbrev and progressing to become a 2nd Engineer, and then a 1st Engineer. From 2015 to 2019, Fjær worked at Trondheim Tekniske Fagskole as a Faglærer, specializing in operational and management-level machinery. In 2020, Fjær joined FosenNamsos Sjø AS as a Chief Engineer.
