Riza Rachmawati

Riza Rachmawati has over 28 years of experience in customer service and marketing, currently serving as Customer Service Manager at PT. FOSROC INDONESIA since December 1995. Previously, Riza worked as a Marketing Representative at PT. RUBBER TECH INDONESIA from September 1992 to December 1995. Riza’s responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing product information, negotiating prices, and preparing sales reports. Riza holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Universitas Nasional, obtained in 1995.
