Gary Davis

Gary Davis began their work experience in 2001 as a Deckhand/Engineer at Seaway. Gary worked in this role for almost two years until 2002. In the same year, they joined Foss Maritime Company as Chief Engineer, where they currently hold the position.

Gary Davis attended Lane Community College from 1976 to 1978, where they obtained an Associate Degree in Nursing (RN). During this time, they focused on the field of study in nursing. Prior to attending Lane Community College, Gary was enrolled at the University of Oregon from 1973 to 1976, although it is not specified whether they obtained a degree or pursued a specific field of study at the university. In 2012, Gary obtained various certifications from the USCG, including Chief Engineer, 500 ton, Unlimited HP, DDE unlimited HP, 100 ton Master including sail, AB, Assistance Towing Endorsement, and Medical Person in Charge.
