Anne Bech Risum

Anne Bech Risum is a data scientist at FOSS since January 2023 and a research PhD student at the Institute of Food Science, University of Copenhagen since August 2018. Previous roles include research assistant at the University of Copenhagen and student assistant in exploratory data analysis and food data analysis courses. Anne has experience as a student employee at Chr. Hansen Colors A/S, focusing on quantitative analysis of color content in plant material, and at Q-Interline A/S, working with NIR and multivariate calibration models. Anne holds a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Copenhagen, completed in 2017.
