Mariusz Stepien

Mariusz Stepien has extensive experience in SAP and business analysis, currently serving as Head of Dev&Ops SAP PROD/SCM/R&D at FOSS since March 2021, managing a team of fourteen professionals and leading SAP enhancements while providing operational support. Prior to this role, Mariusz held positions at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. as Technical Lead SAP SD and Senior Business Analyst from October 2016 to April 2021, where responsibilities included leading projects and process improvements for sales order management and coordinating EDI implementation. Mariusz's career began at Philips Polska, where roles included System/Business Analyst and IT Specialist from June 2005 to September 2016, focusing on support for SAP systems and database management. Mariusz graduated from the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology in 2006.
