Rana Davis

Rana Davis has over 20 years of experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Learning & Organizational Development at Fossil Group, Inc. since May 2012. Prior roles at Fossil Group include Human Resources Manager and Field Recruiter. Prior to this, Rana Davis worked at Kohl's Department Stores from July 2005 to May 2012 as the Regional Talent Manager and Regional Executive Recruiter. Rana Davis began a career in retail management at Mervyns, where roles included Store Manager from January 2002 to July 2005. Rana Davis earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Oklahoma State University between 1997 and 2001.
