Chad Simmons

Chad Simmons currently serves as the Manager of Commercial Strategy and Analytics at Fossil Group, Inc., where they focus on streamlining and developing reporting processes to enhance business insights and strategic priorities. Previously, Chad held various roles at Fossil Group, including Retail Operations Manager, where they collaborated globally to innovate business concepts and build cross-functional teams. With a strong background in process improvement and workforce management, Chad has consistently exceeded productivity benchmarks. Chad is also pursuing a degree in Business Management and Administration from Louisiana State University. Outside of work, they enjoy Cajun cuisine and spend time with their two dachshunds, Mo-ped and Rogue.
